The Research Group is part of the National Institute for Communicable Disease Control and Prevention (NICDC), Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention (China CDC) . We are a group working on a range of projects relating to H.pylori infection in human. Much of our current work concentrates on the interaction between H.pylori and gastric epithelial cells.
We are also doing our research into the development of a H.pylori vaccine for human use.Our laboratory is the center for H.pylori infectious diseases control and preservation. So we take on the work to collect and preserve H.pylori strains from our country and abroad.
With changes in the outbreaks of many epidemic diseases, rapid and acute identification for pathogens are in great need of. So we continuously paid more attention to the work to separate and identify kinds of pathogens, to establish standard methods for pathogen diagnosis, to introduce and develop new techniques for communicable disease diagnosis.
